Where are your products made?
Because we are a small brand, our products are currently homemade and made in a sterilized kitchen environment. All products are made with clean and sanitized utensils. Hair nets, face masks, and gloves are used in a ventilated environment.
What should I do before using your products?
We highly suggest always doing a patch test before fully using our products. Test product on elbow, forearm, and behind ear. Allow 24-48 hours to pass to ensure there is no allergic reaction. If there is any itching, burning or peeling that occurs, discontinue use of the product and promptly see a dermatologist. We accept zero liability for any skin damage.
We also recommend to allow products to come back to room temperature within 24 hours of delivery because our products are made with all-natural ingredients and may seperate or change its state of matter.
Are your products vegan?
Some products are vegan, but not all. Some products use animal byproducts such as honey and goat milk. Please take a look at the ingredient list in each of the product's description sections for full details.
Are all products scented?
We highly recommend reading the full ingredient list of each product. Some products are scented by default. Any product that includes a selection from our fragrance list has an unscented option. Unscented products may carry it's own natural scent.
Are your products preservative-free?
Our products contain preservatives to extend the shelf-life of each product. The shelf-life and proper storage are listed under each product description. Our products are always free of parabens, phthalates, and other irritating preservatives. Products are made fresh right before you order them, so the shelf life countdown begins when you receive your items. Some products may also require a suggested refrigeration.
ORDER, PROCESSING, AND SHIPPING FAQ
When will I receive my products?
Orders will be processed within 2 to 5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing time during sale promotions and major holiday periods. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Processing begins the business day AFTER you place your order (if you order on Friday, processing begins on Wednesday). You will receive a tracking number for your package once it is shipped. After a package is shipped, the only information we can provide regarding its location is the same information you can view on the carrier's website. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, transit time is 2-5 business days depending on your geographic location.
What carrier are my products shipped from?
We offer both standard and expedited shipping domestically. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days).
My package arrived damaged and spilled, what should I do?
Please contact us within 10 days for damaged and spilled products with photo evidence. We will issue a refund on damaged goods.
My package was lost, delivered to the wrong address, what happens next?
If your package was mailed to the wrong address at no fault of our own or lost, we accept zero liability & will not refund. If it is returned to the sender, we can ship it back out if you provide the accurate address & pay a $6.50 reshipment fee.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all forms of major cards as well as PayPal. Paypal, depending on your account and standing, will allow for Pay in 4.
I made a mistake with my order, can I cancel it?
Yes, You have up to 24 hours from order placement to cancel your order for a full refund.
Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam/junk folders, if the e-mail isn’t in there, contact our customer service and provide your order information (first & last name, billing address).
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
